By accessing or using Cosmic Duck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Quantum Encoding Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
Cosmic Duck is a multi-provider AI creative studio that provides access to text generation, image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, and other AI capabilities through a unified interface. The Service acts as a gateway to third-party AI providers.
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed when you make API requests. Credit costs vary by provider and model. Your credit balance is displayed in your account dashboard. Credits do not expire.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Content generated through the Service is subject to each AI provider's content policies.
Content generated through the Service belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
